Five Finalists Announced in Belarus
The preliminary round of Belarus’s Eurofest has just wrapped up, and after a rundown of fifteen semifinalists in Minsk, a 50/50 jury/televote split narrowed the contestants down into a Top Five. The lucky finalists are:
Gunesh – “And Morning will Come”
Litesound – “We are the Heroes”
Alyona Lanskaya – “All My Life”
Victoria Aleshko – “Dream”
Uzari – “The Winner”
To the chagrin of many, this means that 2011 representative Anastasiya Vinnikova was left out of the running. But, looking forward, the Final of Eurofest will be held on January 28th. Until then…

Litesound or Viktoriya FTW! I so want to support a Belarussian entry after all those years!
After hearing the news taht the Belorussions have the option to change their songs I would reccomend that ALL OF THEM DO SO!!! 😛 In my opinion…out of these the songs are forgettable at best, and if Belarus want to do any better at ESC they might want something a bit…well… “better”….
